Bsquared is pleased to announce the expansion of their Saint Louis office and the grand opening of their new office in Panama City Beach, Florida.

Under the leadership of the company CEO, Lisa Cotner, Bsquared began as a start-up in 2007 and has maintained a steady incline of business growth and maturation over its twelve-year life-span.  “The company expansion and success are due to executing a three-pronged approach”, stated Cotner.  “By focusing on business growth and developing a dynamic team, we are able to deliver high-end results, and maintain a happy client family.”

Bsquared’s mission is to assist new or current business owners in beginning and maintaining accounting, bookkeeping, and day-to-day operational functions.  The need for a full-time bookkeeper or full-time administrative staff may not work for smaller business structures, which is where the Bsquared pros step in and assist.  Bsquared also specializes in tax resolution, representation, compliance and reporting.

Continued success for Bsquared in Saint Louis, necessitated more resources and required moving the business into a larger office and adding additional team members.  In December of 2018, Bsquared relocated from Arnold, MO into the heart of Saint Louis County and added several new associates into the Bsquared family.  This bold move dramatically increased the dynamic forces within the team making Bsquared tax season ready!

But how did Bsquared get to Panama City Beach, Florida, you may ask?  Well, several years ago, while on vacation in Panama City, Cotner was astounded by the many small businesses that were operating in the city and on the beach and clearly saw potential clients just waiting for services needed desperately by Bsquared.  The business potential whet her appetite and prompted Cotner to physically relocate to Panama City in 2016 to begin to build up the Panama City client base.  In October of 2018, Cotner added two new members to the Bsquared family and officially opened her storefront office in Panama City Beach.

“We efficiently assess a client’s business needs and learn the dynamics of each individual company to develop specific policies and procedures,” said Cotner.  This is the mission of Bsquared.
