Coming from eleven years in the food service industry, Katie has always enjoyed the art of customer service.  Katie is instrumental in keeping both the St. Louis and Panama City offices running smoothly.  As the Administrative Assistant to B2 and the Personal Assistant to the company CEO, she is the point person for scheduling appointments, business travel and managing confidential tax documents and records.

As the Administrative Assistant, Katie supports the B2 team in general accounting tasks, including invoicing, processing statements, deposits, entering data, distributing memos, and analyzing routine reports.  She is extremely detail-oriented, and laser focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Katie fully enjoys interacting with clients and customers and is a breath of fresh air during tax season.  Clients look forward to hearing her friendly voice over the phone or seeing her welcoming smile when they come to the Bsquared office.  Producing happy clients is her number one priority.

Katie lives in Sullivan Missouri with her dog Hank, an eight-year-old Black Mouth Cur.  Katie and Hank enjoy going on float trips, swimming, feeding the fish and long walks in the park.
