Michelle has been a tax client of Bsquared for many years and jumped at the chance to use her bookkeeping, coordinating and administrative experience in the Saint Louis office. Prior to relocating from Virginia 20 years ago, Michelle was an accounting assistant for a major real estate firm and supported four property management offices in Virginia and DC. After arriving in St. Louis Michelle began her career in Learning & Development with a prominent restaurant concept.  This ignited a childhood passion to teach and she quickly got her license and certification from Franklin Covey, to facilitate training classes to adult learners. This also prompted Michelle to go back to school to get her bachelor’s degree in Education.

Understanding the importance of ongoing learning and development, Michelle’s creativity lends her the willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges. Excited to be part of the Bsquared team, Michelle gladly took on the responsibility of rebranding company forms, developing tracking spreadsheets, writing and editing videos, creating the team biographies and writing the Bsquared blogs. She also provides administrative aid for various projects related to tax preparation and serves as a company liaison between vendors and Bsquared team members.

With a strong ability to work individually, Michelle uses her talents and abilities to assist in writing, editing materials and constructing social media articles. She is systematic in her thinking and uses logic to ask clarifying questions and analyze information, allowing her to cut through the red tape of work-related issues and problems.

Michelle resides in St. Louis with her 3-year-old black cat named Ebonee and is the president of her local Toastmasters club Speak Easy #5585. A fan of “open mic” nights, you can find her on the weekends entertaining others with her singing, dancing, spoken word poetry or flute selections. When not in her home town of St. Louis, Michelle loves to travel and try new and exotic foods. Michelle has an Associate degree in Business and will be receiving her bachelor’s degree in Christian Education the spring of 2019. Michelle’s attention to detail and dependability makes her a valuable member of the Bsquared team.
